Bien Centro is looking for pizzaiolo
We are currently looking for a trained pizzaiolo, with experience in Neapolitan pizza making. You must now how to make the correct dough, how to "open" the dough, and how to bake the pizza in a genuine neapolitan woodfired oven. We are making an average of 150-200 pizzas a day, so efficiency is also a must.

Bien Centro is a pizzaria an pasta restaurant situated in Kode 1, an art museum in the centre of Bergen.
We serve genuine Neapolitan pizza made in wood fired oven and homemade pasta.
On average we have 150-200 guest a day, and are open seven days a week.
