We are currently seeking one full-time employee for our administration team to help support the daily operations of our 160-person Oslo office.

About the role/responsibilities
- Staffing the reception desk and greeting clients
- Managing meeting activity both in and out of house
- Assisting in administrative tasks
- Coordinating and facilitating logistics for ABGSC staff
- Helping to maintain the premises and keep the office space polished and professional
- Assisting in planning and facilitating events and seminars
Qualifications
- Minimum two years of relevant experience in a similar service role
- Structured and organized
- Outgoing and adaptable, thriving in a young and fast-paced environment
- Service oriented with a strong "can-do" attitude
- Team player, highly motivated and capable of maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Norwegian and English)
