Fieldnode's mission is to create a B2B marketplace for on-demand production of spare parts. This enables our customers to transition from just-in-case to on-demand production of spare parts. We achieve this by combining a digital marketplace for spare parts with digital manufacturing-enabled factories that can produce physical parts.
Today we are focusing on the Energy Sector with some of the biggest energy companies already in our customer base. We and our partners are dedicated to transitioning towards the next industrial revolution and envisioning a greener future.
As a Key Account Manager, your primary duties and responsibilities include:
Sales Management:

Develop and execute sales strategies aimed at maximizing company revenue through effective contract management and client engagement.

Strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and customized solutions based on the company’s services and products.

Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
Contract Management:
-
Develop and implement effective contract management processes and routines.

Ensure adherence to contracts and conduct regular checks to ensure compliance.
Negotiation:
- Negotiate terms and prices to ensure that the company secures the best possible deals.
Risk Management:
- Identify and manage potential risks within contracts, including legal, operational, and financial risks.
Relationship Building:
- Work closely with suppliers, partners, and internal departments to manage contracts and resolve any conflicts or issues.
Strategic Planning:
- Create and implement strategies for contract management to support the company’s overall objectives.
To be successful, we look for candidates with:
Experience:
-
Experience in managing contracts within the relevant industry. Experience in negotiating and managing complex contracts may be advantageous.

Experience in sales and business development, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Minimum five years of experience in a similar position.
Education:
- A relevant academic degree, often in law, business administration, or a related subject. Extensive professional experience in contract management and sales may be considered as an alternative to formal education.
Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Excellent sales skills, including the ability to identify and understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the company's value proposition.
Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of contract law, including the application and interpretation of laws and regulations.

Good understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management.
